The Group’s procurement policy seeks to promote BBBEE, and local procurement across its subsidiaries in order to ensure adherence to the provisions of the BBBEE policy. There is an employment equity (EE) policy in place that is meant to ensure that Bicacon Group’s recruitment process does not discriminate applicants based on race, gender, or other criteria. Employment equity committees have been set up in all the subsidiaries in order to oversee the implementation of this policy.

Safety, Health, Environment & Quality (SHE-Q)
The Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) principles are principal drivers of the company’s operations. Accordingly, the organization commits the necessary resources to achieve a target of zero negative Safety, Health or environmental (SHE) incidents. Bicacon Group’s SHE policy is supported by its SHE Management Programmes that have been integrated into the Business Management System. All of these programmes have been aligned with and are based on the Principles of the ISO 9001.
The Management of Bicacon Group is committed to effective Quality Management throughout all design, consulting, construction, and asset management processes and believe that high quality service and workmanship are the key to sustainable business development. To achieve this the company commits sufficient resources to projects to actively control and monitor all visual, physical , and technical quality aspects, with the aim of delivering ‘Right First Time’ to the standard expected by our clients.
